Refund Policy

Effective Date: This Refund Policy was last updated on January 2, 2020.

Due to the nature of our service, we have a no-refund policy. However, some sales may have a special agreement which will be on the Domain Name Sales Agreement.

SELLER'S REPRESENTATIONS: Seller represents and warrants that he/she has the right to sell the Domain as provided in this Agreement. Furthermore, the Seller warrants that the Domain is free, now and at the time of delivery, from any security interest, liens, outstanding titles, claims or any other known encumbrances.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL: No grace period provided for refunds per the Domain Name Sales Agreement.

Unless specified in writing, we do not offer refunds on domain names after the Change of Ownership is complete.

We make no representations as to whether or not the domain names offered infringe or violate any trademark or intellectual property rights. It is up to the buyer to research any intellectual property claim or trademark dispute proceeding on a particular domain name.
